Privacy at Unicast

What we process

We process account identifiers, bids, donations, broadcast scheduling and security records to operate the channel. Payment providers process payment credentials; Unicast stores provider references and ledger entries, not full card details.

Optional measurement

With your choice, we use product analytics, error monitoring, video quality measurement and advertising measurement. Optional tools do not load until the relevant preference is enabled. You can reopen Privacy controls from the channel at any time.

Retention and sharing

Client telemetry is retained for a limited operational window. Financial, security and audit records may be retained longer where required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. We share data only with processors needed to provide hosting, payments, email, monitoring, analytics and advertising.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data. Financial and security records may be preserved where deletion is not legally or operationally permitted. Use the in-product Report form and choose Privacy to submit a request with a contact email.
