Auction and slot

The highest valid, successfully captured bid receives the scheduled broadcast slot. Anti-sniping may extend an auction. Failed, reversed, fraudulent or policy-violating payments may invalidate a bid and allow the next eligible bidder to win.

Creator revenue

Eligible donations and finalized net advertising revenue attributed to a slot are credited to that broadcaster. Net advertising revenue means the amount received after advertising-network fees, invalid-traffic adjustments, taxes and reversals. Estimated advertising values are not payable balances.

Broadcast responsibilities

Broadcasters must have rights to all transmitted content and must follow the Safety rules. Unicast may interrupt, remove or refuse content to protect people, comply with law or keep the service secure.

Beta and real money

The current public beta uses simulated payments; cards are not charged and displayed balances are not withdrawable. Real-money operation requires separate verified payment, identity, payout and jurisdictional onboarding and will be announced explicitly.
